Wisteria IT was established in 2003 as a boutique consulting services group with a 100% focus on OpenText products. We are a team of seven full-time consultants and several part-time. Several of us are former OpenText employees, each with more than 15 years’ experience with Livelink/Content Server administration and application development. Our team members are recipients of numerous awards for application development, as well as the 2007 OpenText ECM Champion Award in recognition of contributions on the OpenText Knowledge Center.
Our team of OpenText certified business consultants and developers has more than 90 years of combined experience with Content Server development, administration and training. We have operated in many vertical markets and have a depth of experience in U.S. Federal Government & Public Sector, Life Sciences and Energy.
Meet Our Leadership Team

Donna Nalls
Principal Consultant / Founding Partner
In 2003, Donna was a founding partner of Wisteria IT and continues to lead the company today. With 24 years of Livelink/Content Server product experience, Donna has been involved with all aspects of the product suite from versions 7–21.x, with a primary focus on application development using OScript, the native application language. As well, Ms. Nalls has extensive experience developing business process applications within the Livelink framework, using workflow, forms and WebReports. In a technical lead role, Donna has successfully led multiple enterprise-wide Livelink implementations. As Solutions Architect for a major federal client, Donna oversees a team of developers to ensure consistent and best practices while implementing business process applications and document repositories within the Content Server framework.

Scott Costanzo
Principal Consultant
Scott has over 24 years of experience with OpenText Content Server. His experience includes working directly with end users to gather and document requirements, designing solutions that address the requirements and building and testing applications based upon his designs. He has extensive experience creating Content Server workflows, WebReport interfaces, and building CIS models to house content. Scott has worked with a diverse list of organizations including Fortune 500 companies in the energy, pharmaceutical and financial industries as well as the US federal government and the Department of Defense.

Dale Nalls
Senior Business Analyst
Dale has 6 years of experience with OpenText Content Server. His experience includes automating business processes using Content Server Workflow, Designing and developing document templates to increase strategic business process efficiency. He also creates training, functional and module documentation for client specific Content Server applications. Dale prepares Community, Information and Security (CIS) Modeling documentation. He does proposal writing and is a project management team member.

Suhas Subramanya
Senior System Architect
Suhas has over 20 years of experience with design, architecture, installation, implementation and maintenance of OpenText Content Server, Archive Center, Extended ECM (XECM) for SAP, Application Governance and archiving for Microsoft SharePoint. He has subject matter expertise in Health and Life Sciences, FDA Submission, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, HIPPAA Compliance, and Supply Chain Management.

Lise Fields
Business Manager
Lise has been a Business Manager for Wister for 20 years. She has decades of management experience and does daily utilization of Content Server Workflow, Windows, and Microsoft Office.

Stephanie Kron Raffetto
Project Lead
Stephanie is a project manager for multiple Content Server Implementation Projects like Project Deliverables, Status Reporting and Client Communications. She also does Project team facilitation Services like planning, goal-setting, timelines and action items.

Marlyn Soria
Business Analyst/ Social Media Coordinator
Marlyn designs and develops document templates to increase strategic business process efficiency. She designs and develops proposal libraries to enable a more responsive and consistent Proposal writing approach. She helps to prepare Community, Information and Security (CIS) Modeling documentations. Marlyn also manages our Social Media strategies and campaigns.
