Wisteria IT was established in 2003 as a boutique consulting services group with a 100% focus on OpenText products. We are a team of seven full-time consultants and several part-time. Several of us are former OpenText employees, each with more than 15 years’ experience with Livelink/Content Server administration and application development. Our team members are recipients of numerous awards for application development, as well as the 2007 OpenText ECM Champion Award in recognition of contributions on the OpenText Knowledge Center.

Meet Our Senior Consultant Team
In 2003, Donna was a founding partner of Wisteria IT and continues to lead the company today. With 18 years of Livelink/Content Server product experience, Donna has been involved with all aspects of the product suite from versions 7–10.x, with a primary focus on application development using OScript, the native application language. As well, Ms. Nalls has extensive experience developing business process applications within the Livelink framework, using workflow, forms and WebReports. In a technical lead role, Donna has successfully led multiple enterprise-wide Livelink implementations. As Solutions Architect for a major federal client, Donna oversees a team of developers to ensure consistent and best practices while implementing business process applications and document repositories within the Content Server framework.
Robert has over 12 years of experience developing solutions on the Livelink ECM platform using a variety of OpenText Livelink products including the Livelink Application Programming Interface (LAPI), Livelink Builder SDK (OScript), WebReports, Object Importer, Records Management, Physical Objects and Forms. Robert has extensive experience in the energy and government sectors. Robert’s most recent experience includes upgrading and migrating applications to a validated Content Server environment.
Scott has over 17 years of experience with OpenText Content Server. His experience includes working directly with end users to gather and document requirements, designing solutions that address the requirements and building and testing applications based upon his designs. He has extensive experience creating Content Server workflows, WebReport interfaces, and building CIS models to house content. Scott has worked with a diverse list of organizations including Fortune 500 companies in the energy, pharmaceutical and financial industries as well as the US federal government and the Department of Defense.
Dhyan has 14 years of software development experience with a myriad range of technologies. For the past 6 years Dhyan has been working on OpenText Content Server developing business process applications using Workflows, Forms, WebReports, OScript, and Web Services. Dhyan has extensive experience developing applications on Document and Content Management Systems for clients in Manufacturing, Airline Leasing, Pharmaceutical and Construction industries. As a senior developer, Dhyan provides valuable technical collaboration with project teams while designing business process applications for a major U.S. federal government client.
Lori has 15 years of experience working with OpenText Content Server. Using her depth of Content Server product knowledge along with a multitude of add-on products, Lori is equally adept in both functional and technical roles. Lori has been responsible for an internal OpenText Content Server system, performing both system and application administration functions. In addition to her experience in designing and managing repository libraries and business processes, Lori has also developed Content Server training materials and provided in-depth user training for Content Server Knowledge Managers and Administrators. Lori has a wealth of experience working with business and development teams to define and translate business requirements into application solutions.
Simon has 17 years experience working with OpenText Content Server. He draws on his in-depth knowledge and experience working with the Content Server Facets, Multilingual Metadata, and Custom Columns to extend Content Server user interfaces and enhance the user experience. Simon has a vast amount of consulting experiencing designing and developing applications within the Content Server framework and has a proven success record for clients in Energy, Life Sciences, Financial, and the U.s. Federal Government. Simon is well versed in the latest web technologies and brings a unique perspective to the design of applications using Content Server Forms, Active View, Web Reports, as well as other product toolsets.
